All papers from 2023 4th International Conference on Medical Imaging, Sanitation and Biological Pharmacy (MISBP 2023), both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the PC. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted paper will be published by DRP《Highlights in Science, Engineering and Technology》ISSN: 2791-0210 and submitted to CNKI Scholar, Crossref, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, ResearchGate, Scilit and CPCI database for indexing.

Highlights in Science, Engineering and Technology offers a wide range of services from the organization of the submission of conference proceedings to the worldwide dissemination of the conference papers. All proceedings in this series are open access, the articles published in them are immediately and permanently free to read, download, copy & distribute. Each volume is published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 user license which defines the permitted 3rd-party reuse of its articles. The online publication of each proceedings is sponsored by the conference organizers and hence no additional publication fees are required.
